'Get Cracking'

 

Welcome to the website of 'Get Cracking', the Inter-School Safe Cracking Competition.

 

Based on a successful format that has run internationally for more than 20 years, this unique competition challenges some of the brightest aspiring physicists and engineers in Year 12 in the UK.

 

 A competition that runs over five months, 'Get Cracking' hones the development of technical and holistic skills culminating in a day of safe-cracking between more than100 like-minded peers, including a judging panel of experienced physics educators.

'Get Cracking' is run entirely by volunteers who believe in the importance of high-quality physics and engineering exposure to talented students with the principle of developing their skills for university by an unusual and creative competition format; i.e. "unlocking potential, one safe at a time".
